LINEUP: LINEUP LINK HERE

Here is the FINAL LINEUP (show order of numbers) for the show!

We will have volunteers and staff backstage to assist with all costume/hair changes, but it is a FANTASTIC idea to send your child with all of their costumes organized in bags or hanging together, labeled with the class/number and in the order that they will perform those numbers. I would even go over this info with the youngest performers, as they will likely retain some of that information. I have already done this with my own 4 year old, and she seems to understand! ALL performers should arrive to rehearsal READY in costume/makeup/hair for their FIRST NUMBER.

We will only have staff/volunteers for check-in and check-out at specified times and cannot release students early. If we break this policy for one student, it can create major problems. At that point, we are unable to track all students and ensure all are safely accounted for. NO PERFORMERS WILL BE RELEASED EARLY, REGARDLESS OF AGE. Please plan accordingly.

CLASSES PERFORMING: Here is a LINK TO ALL CLASSES PARTICIPATING, where you will find costume info links, and links to choreography videos and music. If any of your classes listed do not have info included yet, reach out to the teacher.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

VOLUNTEERS are still NEEDED! Check out volunteer info LINK HERE!

(If you have any additional questions please email our volunteer coordinator Heather Thompson at Volunteers@mccoyrigby.com.)

FEES

  • Everyone has been charged for Participation, media, and costumes!

  • All performers will receive ONE “Recital T-shirt”!

  • As soon as performance pictures and videos are edited and provided to us, we will share with all families participating in Recital.

COSTUMES

  • Try your costume on at home to make sure it fits well and you know how to put it on! Very few costumes may need to be altered or sewn slightly if they do not fit properly. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide this. We had to choose sizes as best we could based on measurements.

  • Please do NOT wear it again (for fun or play) until the day of Recital. We want to ensure costumes are not damaged/stained leading up to the show.

  • If you were asked to put your OWN costume together or purchase additional items (tights, shoes) please do so far in advance so that you are prepared!!!!

  • Double check the Recital Info Google Doc for info on hair styles and any additional items that are needed such as tights, shoes, etc. This is also where you can locate practice videos!

  • MAKEUP: FYI, students are welcome to wear a little makeup for the rehearsal/performance: a little eyeshadow, mascara, a little face powder, blush, and lipstick. It is entirely optional, but does help with being able to see facial features and expressions. This theater is large and makeup can really help in this way. Older students (teens) can definitely wear more makeup if they are comfortable.

 RECITAL T-SHIRTS ARE HERE!!!:

They look awesome! If you want to grab yours in advance of the Recital, you can drop by Wednesday, 6/28 or Thursday, 6/29 between 3:30-6pm. Christie will have them at the front desk for all student performers, as well as the parents performing in the "Little/Big" number. We ordered specific sizes for all participants, so you MUST check in with Christie in order to get the correct size! Please DO NOT simply grab one if Christie happens to not be at her desk in that moment.

If you CANNOT swing by to grab your Recital T-Shirt, no worries! We will bring all remaining shirts to the theater on Saturday and will give them out to performers at CHECK-IN.

We HIGHLY recommend labeling t-shirts with your NAME, as there will be 150 of those present at the show!
