Policies

Classroom Policies:

• Arrive on time; if you arrive more than 15 minutes late you may not be allowed to participate in class and will be asked to take notes.
• Come dressed according to dress code. (See our dress code for more details.) You may be asked to sit out if you are dressed inappropriately for class.
• No food or drinks allowed in class. Water is allowed, but must be in a sealed container.
• Be respectful to your teachers and classmates. No talking in class and remember to thank your teacher at the end of class.
• We recommend a dance bag for shoes and clothing changes. Dance bags are to be kept in the cubbies in either the playroom or the homework room. If bags are brought into the classroom, they must be placed up against a wall and out of the way.

Tuition Policies:

• Tuition is due and payable on the first of each month. You may stop by the studio, mail in your payment or sign up for auto-pay each month.
• We accept cash, checks or credit card (Visa & Mastercard only).
• Tuition paid after the 7^th will be assessed a $20.00 late fee.
• Returned check fee is $25.00.
• Any lesson missed due to holidays, illness or injury may be made up within 30 days of the missed class.
• Please notify the studio in advance of any absences or vacations. Click here to report an absence.
• All evaluation classes are charged as a single lesson.
• There will be no refunds, extensions or transfers unless authorized by the director.

Green Room/Playroom/Homework Room Policies:

• Food and drink is only allowed in the Green Room.
• No young children should be left unattended, especially in the playroom.
• If your children play with toys, please be respectful of the space and put them away before you leave the room.
• The Green Room is for everyone. However, if you are a parent and see a dancer with food and no empty seats; please give up your spot to them.
• No talking or eating in the homework room.
• Dispose of all trash in the trashcans; there is at least one in every room.
